  Cathy Crowe-League is a licensed Realtor in the state of Texas. She has held a license since May 1989. She currently is associated with the Michaels Group-Dallas. Cathy is well versed in all phases of real estate. Since 1992 she has specialized with investment properties. In 2002 she started Dallas Fort Worth Real Estate Investor Network (DFWREIN). In the nearly 6 years that she ran that organization she taught and coached thousands of people to invest in real estate. DFWREIN was sold outright July 1. 2008.

  Carver D. ( Dan) Peavy is the President/Owner/ Investor of Hampton Financial Network, Inc. since 2000, and they areTexas based Real Estate Investment Group with specialization in distressed single family houses,Multi family units, home rentals, purchases, and reclamation. Job duties include  Multi –family management, re-development oversight, renovation, rehab, consulting and project review; specialization in Class C multi-family purchases and management. From 1993-1999, Dan was the Vice President-Operations/Consultant- Homemasters, Inc. doing home reclamation company-purchase, rehab, resale, marketing clients, full mortgages.
